Pedro founded Evolution Concrete Cutting in 2018, bringing over 23 years of experience in the concrete cutting industry. His career began in Utah in the early 2000s, where he developed his skills and built a solid foundation in the trade. Eventually, Pedro brought his expertise to Idaho Falls, ready to build something new and serve the growing community.

What started as a small, family-driven operation—led by Pedro, his son-in-law Luis Torres, and his oldest daughter—quickly gained traction. Focusing first on residential projects, the team built a reputation for precision, hard work, and excellent customer service. That dedication opened doors to larger, more complex projects across Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming. As the company grew, Pedro’s daughter Margaret joined the team, adding her expertise in business management and accounting.
